apparently they are, but I've only seen a handful of guitars go out (judging by their facebook).
It's a shame, they make great guitars and I really do want to order another one
Yes they are still in business. They did a small run with EUGG with 10% off their prices to get 5/6 orders so they can get things right in their new shop with a number of new models. They have posted some updates but more should be due soon I guess. Most of the updates they have done recently are direct with the customer via Dropbox.
He posted an album on his facebook page with over 140 photos of updates from what i can see. Hopeful for more updates as I would like to get one in the future.

Been trying to e-mail BlacKat for some support on the Feral I bought but haven't received any response for over a week..
It's always scary when a company that had all their builds outsourced starts talking about a new shop
