Someone has a JP-2C and Straight 412 for $2800 near me, steal, right? Something I should jump on?
Do you have $2800 in the gear fund and/or actually want either item?

Dont be afraid to pass on a good deal because its a good deal if you arent willing to be stuck with what you bought for a while.

What about 06-06 as national guitar / amp tech day? The 6, obviously, refers to 6 strings on (some, ok... most) guitars.

Hughes and Kettner CF200. Got it super cheap. Not a super-lightweight power amp (~12 - 14lb?) like the modern Class D but still seems pretty light. Not a lot online about these either but the little I can find seems to rave about them.

...this time I bought from a trusted seller with an actual 5-star rating.

I got my ART SLA-2 out yesterday for the first time in probably 8 years. I forgot how heavy that thing was, lol. That H&K looks sort of similar in design.

The SLA seems to be twice as powerful. The CF200 is 200w mono while the Matrix is 500w+ mono. There also seems to be a setting that turns on current feedback for guitar use? I have no clue what that means lol
I only paid like $120 for it so it's a good deal it seems.

Yeah, the GT1000FX is more powerful. I was comparing my SLA-2 and GT1000FX yesterday.

I learned how you can take those cheap Harley Benton Power amps and solder a jumper on the board to make them run on 120V, so that got me thinking, lol... I wouldn't mind a couple of those cheap small GPA-100 units. That got me looking into the power amps I have.
