Got a Maxon ST9 Pro+ on the way from Japan. Don't really need another overdrive but I'm thinking this one is different enough it's worth adding to the mix.

Aaaaaand it's here. All the way from Japan in 12 days. Took them 9 days to actually ship, but they sent it Fed Ex International Priority on 6/11 and it arrived today (US). If anyone is interested in one of these I can recommend a seller. $136 all said and done. Trying it out a bit later.

Here's the PRS cab I picked up yesterday. Still haven't tried it yet since my wife recently had surgery and it's insanely quiet around here lately cause the kids are with my parents until she's feeling a bit better. Going bored out of my mind today though, so might plug it in later

Dang, that's sick. One of the first Prestige models in a while I'd be interested in. Still haven't tried an Evertune, I'll have to keep an eye out for one of these! I've almost bought the RGR752AHBF a few times, but I don't really NEED another hard tail guitar. A case could be made for an Evertune, though........

anyone else notice that the string spacing is tighter? 10.2 mm instead of 10.8mm? guess the evertunes dont come with Ibanez's typical 10.8mm then?
That's funny. On my Bare knuckle Juggernaut 7 string Bridge the string spacing is 10.2 but the kit pickups I made from Philadelphia Luthiers Tools are 10.8

I finally quit pussyfooting and bought an RG2027X, very excited. I went back and forth because the blue just wasn't catching me, but I saw Wes Hauch's in person last night and it looked better in person.
I like the old-school OG blue look of them, but I wish the silver one got a proper mass release.

Agreed, that would have been the move. Or even black, as cliche as a black RG is. But the blue has an understated class about it, like it's a tool for a professional, not some flashy wank-machine.

I mean it did work as the old 1077XL

But I have a lot of nostalgia for the blue 1077/2077/2027. It just looks *right*

It seems that my next guitar related purchases will be bunch of resistors, capacitors, wires, trannies and other stuff...damn
as part of the practice for bigger project I have built first of the two pedalpcb clones, which I have purchased - I wanted to go with classic 808 type of OD, off the all similar clones - Actual Overdrive Jr. (KHDK Ghoul Screamer Jr.) was in stock on musikding. Except for frying the RC4558 chip and accidentally wiring in/out jacks in the opposite way at first try, this was pretty much smooth and fast build - took me one afternoon and evening to put this together, everything worked right after assembly. For now it stays as spaghetti mess, I'll need to decide whether I'll build it into the amp chassis or I'll put it into dedicated pedal box. Fortin Zuul clone from pedalpcb is next.

This has been an interesting weekend. I traded in a crap load of pedals I wasn't using and got the set of TC Electronics Corona, Flashback 2, and Hall of Fame 2 pedals.

I was doing good with spending no additional money, and then I accidentally ended up with a PRS SE CE Satin somehow, lol.

So my bass adventures are continuing:

Found an Attitude 75M that comes with the scalloping and D-tuner as standard. Apparently just has a 3 way switch? May order a guitar fetish pre-wired harness.

Have to keep the bridge pickup the same for obvious reasons

But will change the neck pickup (still haven't got the bass so not sure if I need to route) Duncan SMB-4a...

Ordering a custom pickguard now from pickguard heaven.....
