What's the difference between the Dean URC8XCBK and the RC8X?

I was thinking of picking up a Dean URC8XCBK so that I'd have a cheap ERG to play on (I stopped playing about a year or two ago and sold all my instruments). They are used at Guitar Center for $329. I'm also seeing the RC8X on there and it's a little more expensive (500-799).

They look identical to me and appear to be the same guitar, but I can't find anything on Google or on Dean's website about the difference between the two model numbers. Does anyone have any knowledge about this?

From what it seems, it IS the exact same guitar.

Let's deconstruct the model number of the URC8XCBK

U RC8X CBK

Notice the "RC8X" hiding in the middle of that. with "CBK" coming afterward, which I assume is the color code (only ever seen these in Black as far as the cheaper models are concerned)

Not entirely sure what the U is for, but yeah. Just my two cents.
