Dark Matter Secret - Perfect World Creation

Blotted Science - too big of words for this hour

If I had to limit myself to one album per player...

Vai's "Alien Love Secrets," with the caveat that "Passion and Warfare" is probably the more "important" album.
Satriani's "Crystal Planet," again with the caveat that while it sounds dated, "Surfing with the Alien" is the more "important" album for the impact it had.
Andy Timmons - "Resolution"
Tony Macalpine - "Maximum Security"
Jason Becker's "Perpetual Burn" is nuts, even if the tones and mix leave a bit to be desired
Shawn Lane's "Powers of Ten"
Vinnie Moore's "The Mind's Eye"
Nick Johnston's "Remarkably Human"
Angel Vivaldi's "Away With Words"
Neil Zaza's "Staring at the Sun"
Eric Johnson - any of his live albums, but "Alien Love Child - Live and Beyond" is an easy starting point
Steve Morse - "High Tension Wires"
Yngwie Malmsteen - "Rising Force"
John Petrucci - "Suspended Animation"

Whole bunch I'm forgetting about I'm sure but these are some pretty great guitar albums.

In general I don't really listen to shred albums but these are probably the few that I like back to back:

Chris Poland "Return to Metalopolis" (someone already posted)

Glenn Drover "Metalusion"

Bozio/Levin/Stevens "Black Light Syndrome"

Steve Stevens "Memory Crash"

"Liquid Tension Experiment" - Petrucci

No Holdsworth fans on here? I have some of his earlier stuff, Sand and Metal Fatigue plus a few others. Actually must dig them out...ridiculously good player.

Pretty much everything this guy said. I grew up on these, and a lot of people complained about Mind’s Eye being to sterile, but his playing was so incredibly clean on that album.

How did I forget Allan!?

I don't usually listen to him for extended periods of time but he's a killer player and wrote some killer songs.

Can't believe I forgot this one. TMac's guitar work on this is astonishing:

View attachment 74954

man....this reminds me of the time i almost bought a purple Ibanez 6 string from him a few years ago. he was selling it for a very fair price and if i hadn't already bought 2 other guitars that month i could have had it in my collection. i think someone on sso may have picked it up, anyone know who?
