ZOOM B9.1ut vs. ZOOM B3 vs. POD HD500

So I'm in the market for a simple bass rig modeller, and the Zoom B9.ut, the Zoom B3 and the pod hd500 seem to be the best options. Does anyone have any experience using these? Or does anyone have any other similar modellers that they can recommend. My budget is around 500 dollars.

EDIT: I'm using it mainly for more rockish stuff than metal so i don't neek a whole lot of gain.
