    Ibanez or Agile 8?

    Agile. They both will have the same overall build quality, but the Agile comes with better stock pickups and a longer scale than the Ibanez, which helps bring more clarity to the 8th string, helpful especially if you plan on drop tuning.

    If you do decide to go the Eminence route, I would really reccommend that you look into the Eminence Texas heat and the swamp thangs, I have those in my Avatar 4x12 in an X pattern, and they sound absolutely amazing, I have always used v30s in my cabs in the past but now I am a huge fan of these...

    8 String Drop G# + Low F or Low D# ???

    I tune to Drop G# with a low D# and absolutely love it. I play on a Agile 30" scale though, i would recommend something above 27" for that tuning.

    Ive got an Avatar 4x12 I run with my 5150iii 120watt with Eminence Swamp Thangs and Texas Heat in an x pattern and the dynamics and full sound I get from my cab is absolutely incredible, cant recommend them enough

    An Agile Intrepid 830. It is also right around your price range, which I can highly recommend for that low of a tuning. I currently have mine tuned in drop Eb with a 79 on the bottom and get great tension. :yesway:
