Thanks for the heads-up about the 5150III mini. Sadly, I have no opertunity to try one so 'd have to just research and guess if I got one.
The MP-1 was my go to preamp for a while now! I started with all of the 9000 series Marshall preamps (and 8008 Valvestate Power amp and a 1960A cab), and then found an MP-2, then the MP-1 (which was much more open to my ears) and I've always loved the GK stuff and then an impulse buy on the Theta! Couldn't be happier with my gear! -
