The V was a problem since ESP long ago discontinued making NVs and KKVs but it they have always been one of my favorite guitars. On a whim I had the local guitar store check if they would make one and they said they would. Several months and smaller bank account afterwards, I do have a NV from...
With a ESP custom shop you could but the price will reflect that you didn't go with one of their commonly used neck specs. When I ordered my NV I was able to select neck spec but decided to just go with the standard NV neck spec.
Jackson Death Warriors
I bought the Nebula one off a member of the JCF forums and the all black one I lucked into my local dealer being able to get Jackson to build another one in 2017 which they typical won't do.
I think there was only 30 made and not 50. Trying to find the email from when I bought mine to confirm that. Mine is #16 but doesn't say out of how many. I don't use the pedal often but I don't see parting with it since it's such a unique pedal.
The reason Jackson won't do the bridge is because is the setup/work required to route the guitar for the bridge he wants. Installing a he bridge in a proper cutout is the easy part.
My order I am waiting on was a little over €5000 and it was ordered as a Masterbuild (lucked into the spot). I know there have been 2 or 3 prices increases since then and to order the same guitar now we be 2-3k more is what I was told.
Anymore it's pretty much locked to them only allowing options that are on the custom select form. They are so backlogged with orders and don't get guitars out very fast. I am still waiting on a guitar from them that placed the order in Feb of 2019.
Also prices for custom shop guitars took a big...
Ya I am afraid to see what a custom shop Jackson costs now. I placed an order in 2019 for one and was talking to the dealer a week ago if he had any updates on it. He commented on how Jackson has had at least three price increase since then.
All that is left on my list is a Washburn D3 in Dimeslime and a ESP KKV.
I lucked into two Jackson Death Warriors and currently have a Double Rhoads on order.
Very nice and I am sure you will enjoy it. I have had my Iridium (the old name for the Granophyre) for a couple years and have been happy with it. The guys are Omega are great to deal with as well.
I have a KSR PA25 showing up tomorrow hopefully. Need something smaller than a 5150, Rhodes Gemini or PoweredByOmega Iridium for practice without get neighbor complaints. Going to pair it up with a Abominable Electronics Sunbather that I have had sitting around way too long. If the Sunbather...
