I bought today a MXR Noise Clamp and I don't know how to connect it with the rest of my gear.
My idea was: Guitar--> TS808--> Noise Clamp In--> Noise Clamp out --> Amp in and then Amp send--> Noise Clamp Return--> Noise Clamp Send--> Fx Loop pedals--> Amp Return. My idea was to eliminate the noise coming from the TS808 and the noise coming from the preamp. The guy at the shop were I bought it said it's uncorrect. 
Is he a total idiot? How I can manage this gear? If may work as I said?
Maybe I should try to go directly to the amp from 808 and connect In/out of MXR to S/R of the amp (FX loop stuff between MXR out and amp Return). I don't have my head here at home so I try some solutions a.s.a.p. at rehersals.
