Us old people (i'm 50 lol) lost a popular actor from our childhood. Louis Gossett Jr flew fighter jets, gave birth to an alien baby, and fought giant sharks in our youth.

RIP Louis Gossett Jr. Age 87.

Gonna have to go watch Jaws 3D and Enemy Mine tonight.

I recommend The Deep. He was excellent as the bad guy in that one.

Enemy Mine and Officer and a Gentleman are classics imo. Gosset gave awesome performances in those.

Chappy! Aww man, another part of my 80’s youth gone. I’ve seen Iron Eagle about 6million times.



Loved his part in “An Officer and a Gentleman” too. Like Gunny Hartman before FMJ came out.
