A little late on the post but yaaay NGD!!! S8 with a bubinga top mahogany body bound in abalone with a 5piece maple/bubinga neck and a bound ebony fretboard Gibraltar standard 8 bridge dimarzio deactivators and gold hardware. The matching headstock is a nice touch. Plays and sounds incredible.
Ive since added abalone knobs. I also noticed that prestige model didn't have abalone s inlays or the ivoroid binding all the way around the neck and headstock like the GC models. And thank you for the kind words and compliments, my guitar is blushing.
Im working with VERY little here. I only have Ableton 8 Lite so Im limited to using 6 effects at one time. :wallbash: All Im using here is basically just analog warmth on guitars and also warmth on drums and some reverb. Any opinions or advice is of course greatly appreciated.

Love this band and have high hopes for them. Can't wait to see them live someday. :hbang:
This whole thread has been like watching a train wreck. I would have just left the fuckin ding. I mean if this is truly what you were going for sure, but.....
Note that this is only opinion.
I figured that was the way, but didnt want to make any hasty moves on my guitar. Thank you very much. Now if I could just figure out how to properly assess and adjust my truss rod. :wallbash:
I have an Ibby S5EX1 with a ZR trem. I want to experiment with lowering the action because I think its a bit high and hindering playing as a result. I was wondering if there are any pros on this topic that can help, I really don't want to screw up my guitar and then have to pay to have it set up.
