    Whats the worst that could happen when setting up?

    I'm gonna be putting a thicker gauge on my guitar today (going from 10-46s to 11-54s, Drop D to Drop B) I might have to set it up, so what I'm asking is, whats the worst that could happen, could turning the truss rod break the neck? Could intonating and adjusting action snap a string? Thanks!
