This shot was trippin' me out for a second, the inlaid wood lucks like it's lower than the rest with how the grain is and how it's laid out, so weird. Crazy depth.

That looks cool, but I've always thought steampunk was kind of meh; akin to the hipster movement.

I don't think the actual theme of the guitar is 100% steampunk. If you look at the bloody guitar pic above, that's also part of it. Honestly, I've never heard of steampunk prior to this.

Regardless, that's where my mind first went....even with the inclusion of the "blood." Still an awesome look, just wouldn't be able to get into it because of the perceived theme; despite how elitist it is of me to say.

Despite how he distressed the bobbins, this one's begging for some camo- battleworn covers from BKP...

And new custom hardware, designed by Ormsby.

535607_10152520149330618_762436242_n.jpg

Two point hardened and removable inserts (so you can simply replace the inserts, rather than the entire bridge),
String height/radius/intonation adjustments,
String spacing adjustable,
Angled string/spring block, so string break angle is the same for each saddle.

66717_10152520034080618_805672635_n.jpg

Tunomatic style features locking studs, string action and saddle block tilt, string spacing adjustable, etc etc. Bridge can be fitted on an angle, as per Les Pauls, or straight.

Lots of nice wood coming in for the upcoming ss.org run and the 10th anniversary guitars being built later this year.

Can you guess what this is?
