    I'll mention this book again, but without the shopping link, as possibly that was what triggered it as spam (?) Personally I like to dip into this for exercises. Yes, they are "obvious", yes, they are "simple"... But that doesn't mean they are easy. Worth dropping a fiver on, IMHO.
