Not too interested in trades unfortunately. I'm buying a house so have to free up some capital. That's why I'm moving this stuff. The RG1527, VHT / Fryette Pittbull 50CL and my Mesa 2x12.
If you manage to get cash let me know :)

Agreed. After playing a Loomis, it definitely seems to match what you're after.
Also the old Ibanez have flatter necks than the new ones, not the other way around...
Hi!
Brief & Accurate Description of gear/guitar:
This is an RG1527RB that I purchased new in early 2008. It is in fantastic condition having had very little play time (refer to pics). It is set up with relatively low action and has no buzz anywhere on the neck. I've decided to sell it...
That is really great news!
When I was looking for a cab for my VHT you provided me with great information. I think your store will do really well because you are passionate about what you're doing and you really know your stuff.
Best of luck.
Next thing on my to-buy list is a SM57 and a mic pre-amp. At the moment I have nothing to record with :(
I just started a new job recently, so after a few pay days I'll pick the stuff up, I've got credit cards to pay off first :squint:
As everyone knows, most Prestige Ibanez come with really shitty pickups. So I ordered heaps of stuff from banjomikez ages ago but never got around to finishing both my guitars, until now...
I also rewired both using better quality pots and switches. CTS for the pots and CRL / Fender for the...
Yeah, mine has quite a few dints / chips / scratches on the body too, but the neck is like new, which is all that matters to me (apart from the sound) :flame:
A catchup would be cool once I have some spare time, work sucks :(
Nice catch, I'm surprised someone didn't pick it up sooner.
$970 with the case is an insane price. My green dot was like $1020 shipped without a case (I bought a similar Ibanez case to yours here for like $125). We would have got them even cheaper if it wasn't for our currency taking a huge...
I didn't think it mattered whether you used a log or linear pot for either the volume or tone. Either will work for either control. Reason being, they are pretty much exactly the same thing, the only difference being where on the 1-10 scale 50% is.
Please correct me if I'm missing something.
