I know teh blue 7680 :cool: and its the one guitar I will never get tired of.
Although I have not found the right neck PU. Stock was good, but a little too muddy, Nazgul was nice, but also not as edgy as I would like. Recommendations?

I got my 7680LTD1 a few years ago and thought to keep it high and dry but actually I play it nearly every day. They are some fine guitars.
I was hoping to get the purple one some day too to complete the 7680 collection but they are really hard...

Its alway a pleasure to here you play, even though it reminds me to practice more.. like 25 hours a day or so.

but I only know of one 7681 in Munich

Its a RG 7681 LTD 1
Non Trem Version of the RG 7680 LTD 1 which was the prototype of the 2077xl but with no singlecoil in middle, 3D colour and flourescent binding. They were made in two, maybe three colours. The blue, purple and a red one, which I have never seen. They came in very limited...
Those were the days...
I grew up with these bands
D.R.I. was the first band I saw live 1986 and the late 80s had great bands

I always loved the Ibbys for te the point but now I use the Ultex only. Jazz III didnt appeal to me for the sharpness of the point. Cause I dont strum as hard Ultex is what I searched for
